1988

The Beginning of R.A.M. GmbH

In 1988, under the leadership of CEO Helmut Flohr, R.A.M. GmbH was established to enhance industrial quality optimization. The company quickly became known for its precise and reliable solutions, setting new benchmarks for quality and efficiency.

1990

First Inspection System Installation

The durability and reliability of our products are demonstrated through our first inspection system installed in 1990, which continues to operate to this day. This achievement showcased our technological capability and fostered trust with our clients.

2001

R.A.M. Kunststofftechnik GmbH

R.A.M. Kunststofftechnik GmbH was created as a subsidiary to bolster our consulting and sales efforts. While R.A.M. GmbH focuses on manufacturing and development, R.A.M. Kunststofftechnik GmbH provides consulting and sales, offering comprehensive solutions for optical inspection, thickness measurement, and recycling analysis.

2008

Relocation to Floersheim

Our proximity to Frankfurt Airport, just 15 km away, enables faster and more efficient global deliveries, thanks to easy access to major transport routes.

2015

Over 300 Inspection Systems Worldwide

Our systems are used globally to ensure the quality of various materials. The “CAMEN” software allows integration with existing machines, and our modular web inspection systems can be easily applied to meet growing needs.

2019

Introduction of plastPMS

PlastPMS is a production monitoring system that provides real-time analysis, alarms, and predictive capabilities to improve quality and reduce waste. It is compatible with various operating systems and offers customizable reporting features.
